Abstract

A survey at medicinal plants used For the treatment of malaria is presented from a variety of literature sources. The geographical area and parts used are given. The methods of testing antimalarial properties and a brief discussion highlighting mode of action at some of the active constituents showing promising antimalarial activity is included.
